If you struggle to squeeze training around your busy parenting schedule, our Kids Zone will be lifesaver.

We have created two kids play areas to suit the needs of our members and the different stages of your little ones life.

Kids Area

This area has been designed within the HiiT Zone itself so that you can be in full view of your little one throughout your whole workout.

This zone includes a padded foam floor, soft toys and space for baby capsules, it’s secured with clear glass and completely visible from the gym floor and can be used at all times during all classes.

Simply come in and train and when you’re done why not treat the kids to a quick play in our 450sqm playground, there’s no cost, no need to book, and no reason not to train!

9:30am / 11:00am & 5:30pm

Saturday & Sunday 9:30am
